We all know how important a great start is. This super bowl is not only very tasty, it’s also very suitable as a pre-workout meal. This protein-rich breakfast is full of vegetable proteins and ensures that you are well stocked and your body is provided with sufficient fuel. It will give you the energy to start your day well.

Ingredients:

– 75 grams of oatmeal
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 2 tsp chia seeds
– 20 grams of raisins
–  25 grams of coconut grater
– 200 ml of milk

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk and pour it into the oatmeal. Stir well.
2. Add the protein powder, raisins, and the chia seeds.
3. Stir until all is mixed well.
4. Go get them!
