Açai Berry: Is it a Superfood?

There are many healthy berries you can add to your diet. But the Açai berry is one of the healthiest berries you will ever find. Açai berries are a Brazilian ‘super fruit.’ They grow on palm trees in the amazon rainforest and they’re being processed into pulp before eating. 

These berries contain healthy fats and low amounts of sugar, as well as many trace minerals and plant compounds, including anthocyanin’s. They are also incredibly rich in antioxidants, boasting three times the amount found in blueberries. 

However, they’ve recently gained popularity globally and are praised for being particularly beneficial to health and well-being. 

Pure Acai Powder

Body & Fit recently came out with ‘pure Acai Powder,’ which gives you all the beneficial goods in hand reach. The powder base makes it very quick and easy to make. 

The powder is almost as good as the cherries themselves and tastes like a mixture of cherries and raspberries. Acai powder is delicious to mix with smoothies and juices even fruit salads.
